A Keto Thanksgiving

Fortunately, Thanksgiving feasts are easy to enjoy while maintaining a keto diet. For keto, remember to keep the percentage of fat high, generally 70% of your diet.


A Vegan Thanksgiving

I have found it's best not to try to mimic traditional Thanksgiving dishes. It's never the same, or as exciting as the 'real' thing, and when there's such a great variety of wonderful foods, there's no reason to try to mimic traditional Thanksgiving foods, so skip the tofurky this year!


A Mediterranean Thanksgiving

No other diet has been more researched and shown to be health promoting beyond the Mediterranean diet. The trick is to make plant foods the base of the diet, and eat whole, fresh foods, with meats as more of a condiment rather than the big main course.
